The Canon MF7460 is a great choice for the small office. This is used in a church, with a Risograph used for larger production runs. We've owned a Canon copier before (for the last seven years) and have been impressed with the reliability. This was purchased for the automatic duplex and collating capabilities. For collation, the sheet feeder takes and scans all of the pages into memory, and then prints them in collated order - very useful. The 11x17 paper size, and auto two-sided copies are great.
Negatives: rather slow at 20-25 pages per minute. Also, we don't use the fax feature (not connected to phone line), so we can't comment on this.
